Bowie's Point - Puntarenas

The food was delicious and the drinks were strong – especially the cartridge Margarita! It was an unforgettable stop right on the highway. Seafood ceviche, patacones con atún, and the spicy tuna poke were crazy and service was super friendly. Absolutely if you're in the area!

Decent food, beautiful place and questionable morals The food was very it or miss depending on what was ordered. Chicken sandwich was the best with the nachos being the worst. Amazing view of sunset and a very nice pig. They asked we pay cash and tried to over charge us by 50$ USD and got frustrated when corrected them. The meal was already quite pricy. Overall fine just be careful

Hands down one of my favorite places to visit eat in Costa Rica! From food, to service, to the environment and to the view... this is the best beach bar. Roger takes care of his customers more than any restaurant owner I've ever seen in CR. He also shares a love for animals and his dogs and animal pigs my day when I am there. Bowie's employees are the best. You can say this is more than just a business that they really care about every guest experience. PS I should mention it, I could have some PATACONES. Quality of food and service is always consistent and becomes a lifelong customer of Bowlies!
