Since "cold buffet" we know that the defense does not rhyme with bistrot tradition. It is therefore right at the feet of the esplanade that we have to go to look for this islet of Gaulish resistance to assize. a decor of mini bistrot Paris-zinc and formica- preserved in its juice since the brassai years! a warm welcome worthy of the student dialogues. Finally and above all, for an addition of 20€ all inclusive entrance, dish, dessert, wine and coffee of the high flavors in colors: herring oil apples, beef tartar and homemade fries, whole kidneys served with dauphinois gratin, beautiful apple pie. a feast of the tradition of well-living parigot, popular with elbow elbow and good franquette. It's noisy, lively and breathtaking!

For sure this is the best place I have eat in Paris! The staff is so nice! Although I they dont speak english they really tryed to understand me and it really worked!! I strongly sugest eat in this place, during the meal I spoke with a man who I believe is the manager and he gave me a glas kf wine and he didnt want to charge me! The food is so amazing, the meat is so tasty!! This is the best restaurant I have eat in Paris!!

I have never been disappointed in the dwarf, the products are fresh, the kitchen is varied with a cahque proposal on the day of entry, dish, cheese or dessert. formula at 26 euros with kir, quart of wine, entry, dish and dessert. warm atmosphere and attentive service of annia.

Very nice welcome to the chevillard bistro and perfect kitchen but for a break between 2 appointments, I regretted the ambient noise.Prefer the formula noon to 20€ (entrance/plat) rather than a unique dish that was charged me 17€. I couldn't eat more than one dish. I had no choice. No big but it can be useful to know it.My calfskin kidneys were very good and the chorizo rice that accompanied them also.Good authentic address at the foot of the buildings of the defense.

The service is clutched but the dishes are sloping and are overall good. The menu is 26€: you can clearly find cheaper on this segment and in the neighborhood but it's more random. For quick business lunch
