Hg Bistro - Puyallup

Met a larger group for dinner and had a wonderful meal. Appetizers were excellent, fish was fresh and well prepared and service was timely and friendly. Weirdly, the waiter had a terrible time with the wine list, which wasn't exotic: could not find a Chardonney, of any kind, for dinner! Came back with pinot, settled on a Viogner, but for an upscale restaurant this was just weird. Coconut prawns, risotto both excellent, and the halibut was perfect.

Hands down the best meal I've had since moving to the State of W.A. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable about all items on the menu. It's definitely a cool place to hang out and enjoy some delicious food or just grab a cocktail. If your in Puyallup W.A. don't skip this spot. You won't be disappointed.

Our server was delightful. I don't remember her name but she and and I signed to each other. The food was beautiful aand delicious... My aunt had the crab mac n cheese and said it was amazing. I had the Preserved Lemon Pasta with seafood. It has chunks of fried cheese in it... Mmm, crispy cheese! My husband had the tenderloin and seared carrots.

Neat hole in the wall type place. Very modern vibe with food to match. Served beautifully while still tasting amazing. Staff are very friendly and they have excellent cocktails. Lacks a nice view, but otherwise I'd recommend this.

What a show! It’s hands down the best fine dining Puyallup. Desert come with a fire show as well, made the day for our friend kid, all item is cooked and served properly, we will be back soon.
