Mod Pizza - Puyallup

Two of the staff members seemed completely unaware of their surroundings, possibly due to being unwell or just not focused. Their lack of knowledge about the menu was also noticeable. Customers were waiting at the food counter, cash register, and pickup area, but the staff took an alarmingly long time to acknowledge them, even with a simple message that they would be with them shortly. Only one or two team members seemed to have a sense of urgency in getting things done, likely due to their experience. The others were not communicating or acting with any awareness of what was needed in the shop. Additionally, the music could have been a bit louder, as the overall atmosphere lacked the lively energy found in other MOD locations.

Vegetarian options: I once tried to create my own pizza with vegetables and cheese, and it was delicious—juicy and full of flavor. Parking: There are around 10 parking spots available, but it gets busy since many people drive by, so it's manageable. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is accessible.

I ordered three medium pizzas online, and they were ready 20 minutes later than the estimated time, making it a total of 37 minutes. The staff was very unapologetic and didn't seem to care at all. When we finally sat down to eat, one pizza was burnt to a crisp, while another was so undercooked that it was inedible. This is simply unacceptable! It felt like a total waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place at all.

Delish! The girls are always sweet and the pizza is good. Like subway but for pizza!Also this one is definitely better than the one in Puyallup.Parking: Depending on the day and time, it can get crowded. You can always use the Safeway parking lot and walk if necessary.

I rate five stars to the pizza tasting great! The staff on the other hand, NEVER change their gloves. I am tired of having to ask! The gal who made my pizza today, did not change their gloves. Dropped the marker on the floor, picked it up and used it, still did not change their gloves. This is disgusting. She wasn’t very friendly either. Educate them on proper food service hygiene. The gal who served my pizza though was quite kind. Hire more people like her.Thanks
