I had Red Robin on my list of restaurants to try for a long time. I was not disappointed at all. The Burger I had was simply delicious and one of the best tasting burgers I have had so far. The fries were good but a little bit less than warm. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
Even though they were very busy the staff worked very hard to accommodate everyone's needs. They were also careful about seating and maintaining distances as well as cleaning as people left. I have Celiac disease and they are always very careful to avoid gluten contamination. I love the atmosphere and quirky humor in the setting.
I was so looking forward to trying the Black Bleu Burger from Red Robin along with the Purple Prickly Pear Lemonade that I ordered through Grub Hub now after my 4th bite into the burger as I was chewing I felt something on my lips, in my head I was like please don't be what I think it is. Sure enough it was, a strand of hair. I felt so disgusted and wanted to throw up. I message Grub Hub immediately and they kindly refunded me for the burger and instructed to contact Red Robin which I did. Though I appreciate the refund from Grub Hub but I won't order again at this Red Robin location. I didn't get upset at the girl who answered I just informed her about the hair and let the people who's prepping and making the order know. Also, the Zucchini fries on a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being delicious, it's a 3. My reviews doesn't always happen on first experience unless it's a situation like this. I'm so disappointed.
I come here quite often, and for the most part 99% of the time I get good service and yesterday was one of them. We had a small issue but stuff happens. But the great part is our waitress did her best to correct the problem and that?s what counts.
