Subway - Puyallup

Worst experience at subway today. There was a waitress(the fat one among both) who was very rude and was irritated for every request. She finally wrote all the names wrong on our 6 subs including the vegetarian one. She named the veg patty as chicken. When I went back and pointed out her mistake, she was not even 1% apologetic.

I have visited this restaurant during my lunch break for the past three weeks. Each time, I have been the only customer and it feels awkward being there as if I am intruding. Additionally, two out of the three workers I have seen did not have their face masks worn properly. I understand that wearing masks can be uncomfortable, but it is important to follow proper safety guidelines.

I had a terrible experience today at the restaurant. I ordered 5 sandwiches through the mobile app and they were all made incorrectly. When I called to see if I could bring them back to be fixed, they said they couldn't do anything about it and would inform the manager tomorrow. I have always ordered from this place and never had any issues before. The employee I spoke with was unhelpful and didn't seem to care that the order was wrong. Overall, I was very disappointed.

I forgot to mention my name and didn't wear a name tag, but I still want to give a shoutout to the young lady who made my sandwich today. She was extremely friendly and quick in taking orders for all customers, including myself. The restaurant was clean and my sandwich was delicious. The bread was fresh and the veggies were crunchy. This is now my go-to Subway!

With a distance the worst underground out there. we were not greeted, the toilet was clogged, her toaster was broken, and when my son got his cookies, I told the guy that she was warming up and he looked at me as if I were crazy. He never heard of someone who asked him to warm up cookies. So he did in the microwave and maybe too long because they were stuck together and broken into the pocket.
