Pen Cafe - Pyrmont

Overpriced takeaway tea and spinach/feta filo - $11! Please! Why did I just pay that, I'm kicking myself. On top of that the tea was weak and the filo soggy. I feel foolish and won't go back.

I went to the restaurant to try it out as in the local area. There was a strange smell on the side of the restaurant that I was on, so I had to move to the other side. I was the only one eating in the restaurant at the time but did not mind as was quiet, there were a couple of customers coming in and out for coffee. The service was very good and all the staff are friendly. The food was good I ordered the pulled pork burger with chips. Will probably use this as a coffee place rather than a restaurant to eat at, but good to have around.

The coffee is Campos and was pretty average, tasted very watery. We got a bacon and egg roll, which was just a burger bun, not even in nice bread.

Wonderful salads that are creative and flavoursome. A popular breakfast and lunch haunt for all those working in Pyrmont.

This is a pretty solid cafe in Pyrmont; surrounded unfortunately by astounding cafes. I had a decent go at this place as it is attached to the building
