Feedback gevenI used to frequent Vic's Meats and The Smokehouse regularly. Today, when The Smokehouse closed, I was informed that I had to order a burger, scan a QR code, and follow the prompts. I just wanted to pay quickly and leave. However, the app didn't work properly at first and was difficult to navigate. When an incorrect price appeared, I decided to leave. I would prefer if they went back to accepting cash and cards.
I am once again disappointed by Vic's Meat delivery service. The first time, they did not show up at all, and this time, the $80 T-bone steak is missing a significant portion of meat - the filet. It is very expensive for what is essentially a bone and sirloin, which looks nothing like the photo on their website.
When we found ourselves at the fish market shopping for seafood for dinner, we decided to have meat for lunch instead. We ordered chicken wings and cheeseburgers. The chicken wings were delicious, perfectly cooked and covered in a tasty BBQ sauce. The cheeseburger was also excellent, with a high-quality patty that tasted just like a great cheeseburger should. A good option for those wanting a break from seafood.
Bought $170 meat online. best before date, date of delivery. badly cut uneven escape breast. they told me they had put the wrong date on it and I should accept that. I also had $70 bark meat wellington and $20 butter without date on it. no meat was vacuum packed. I still wait for my refund for the product from the date,
Love the bbq here! And some amazing steaks! If you’re a meat lover, or a low and slow bbq can you have to come here.
