Korean Town - Qaraghandy

Great restaurant with a large menu, although I wish there were more vegetarian options. The decor and the atmosphere are also good. The location feels far from the most important parts of the city, but it is still easy to reach as Karaganda is not that big. It is the only Korean restaurant in the city at the time of this review, so give it a visit!

Very good, good atmosphere, friendly staff. Long service, not critical

Ein Geheimtipp für alle die Koreanische Küche lieben oder lieben lernen möchten. Eine große Auswahl an Gerichten die frisch, lecker und mal total anders sind. Also ich war mittags da und es waren nur 3 Tische besetzt. Das kann abends aber ganz ganz anders aussehen hab ich mir sagen lassen. Also immer am besten vorher einen Tisch reservieren. Außerdem gibt es schön eingerichtete VIP Räume wo man sich mit Begleitung zurück ziehen kann. Zuvorkommende Mitarbeiterinen. Angefangen mit der Abgabe an der Garderobe und Aufnahme der Bestellung mit Beantwortung sämtlicher Fragen und Empfehlungen je nach Geschmacksrichtung bis zur Abrechnung und freundlichen Verabschiedung. Tolle Frauen. Nun zum Essen. Wie es mir von meiner Begleitung erklärt wurde gehen wohl die meisten dorthin um Spezialität des Hauses zu essen. Und das ist nun mal ein vierbeiniger Freund des Menschen. Ich probiere gerne Sachen auf der ganzen Welt, was essen angeht aus. Und so hatte ich es auch hier ein wenig bei meiner Begleitung probiert. Meins ist es nicht. Jedoch möchte und werde ich deswegen hier keinen verurteilen der es anders sieht. Ich hatte in Deutschland schon mal Krokodil gegessen und da hat mich auch keiner angemacht. Und wenn es hier normal ist, warum nicht. Was mich jedoch wundert, der Status des halblegalen. Es steht NICHT explizit auf der Karte um was für ein Fleisch es sich bei diesen Gerichten handelt. Bei allen anderen Gerichten aber schon. Dann steht da halt Rind oder so. Hier nicht. Naja dann ist es wohl hier so. Ich jedenfalls hab anderes bestellt und war richtig überrascht wie gut es schmeckte. Kimchi kannte ich zum Beispiel nur als kalt serviert. Hier war es heiß und scharf serviertes Gericht mit tollen Beilagen. Super lecker . Vielen Dank und macht weiter so. An insider tip for everyone who loves Korean cuisine or wants to learn to love it. I like to try things from all over the world when it comes to food. And so I had tried it a little with my companion. It 's not mine. However, I don 't want to and will not condemn anyone who sees it differently. I had already eaten crocodile in Germany and nobody bothered me about it. And if it 's normal here, why not. What surprises me, however, is the semi-legal status. It is NOT explicitly stated on the menu what kind of meat these dishes are. With all other courts but already. Then it says beef or something. Not here. Well, that 's how it is here. Anyway, I ordered something else and was really surprised how good it tasted. For example, I only knew kimchi when it was served cold.
