Applebee's Grill - Quakertown

To go is a joke at this location. Opened the spinach dip with a less than lag full container. You wouldn’t serve this little in the restaurant why would you give this little to customers paying extra for the to go part. Sad really.

My date and I went here last night after the movies and I really was impressed with the employees and the food. We got there around 9 PM and our bartender was very sweet and the food came out so fast and it was delicious! The bartender even told us about the drink specials and that was helpful to know what to order. All the employees seem like they have such a positive attitude and that they are concerned about putting the customer first. I really felt like I was in a very positive atmosphere and just wanted to let you all know that. This place is run very well and the food is delicious. So hats off to you guys and keep up the great work ?

Quick seating on a weekday night. Waitress was very friendly and service quick. I had a burger with pink option was with pink or no pink). Burger was good but a bit too raw. Wife was satisfied with her gluten-free options. Not a lot, but she had choices. Only real disappointment was the housekeeping. Table was a bit greasy and the floor was filthy. Food crumbs, paper, all over the floor. An occasional sweeping would go a long way.

I have been to this Applebee’s on several different occasions, and each time, I have had a terrible experience. The servers have no patience and never seem like they care about their job. One of the last times we came hear, Dan was our server. He completely rushed us, and gave us the bill in the middle of our meal when we still wanted to eat dessert. On top of that, the Fiesta Lime Chicken was disgusting. I was unable to eat it, and that’s rare for me. It tasted like ham that was bleached, and it was absolutely putrid. I also overheard him telling the table next to us about a prior table with a $200 dollar bill, who didn’t tip due to an air conditioner leak. That is completely absurd!! Tonight, I decided to give it another shot and our waitress was Tristen. She was also very impatient and didn’t seem at all considerate. She forgot about our asking, and would roll her eyes when we’d ask another server for it. Our steak that we specifically asked to be well done, was undercooked, and the manager came out to give it back to us, and so we asked her for steak sauce since our waitress forgot. The manager, then forgot and we had to ask ANOTHER waitress. By the time we got the sauce the food was cold. Tristin had no empathy for my pregnant sister who could only eat well done steak. Every time I eat there, something is wrong with the food, and I am just so genuinely disgusted that I will never be going there again. I 100% do NOT recommend. Don’t bother to attend this Applebee’s.
