Feedback gevenJulio our server was wonderful!! He made suggestions and we made delicious choices. Never wanted for anything and he made our experience delightful . Moving forward we will always request Julio.
Our reservation was at 7PM in Cherokee, NC. At 8:30 the manager came by and ask who ordered the 11 oz steak. My wife said that she did, and he said that is the reason it is taking so long. I seen lots of folks with bigger steaks that came after we did and left way before. I have always enjoyed my dinning experience there, but for someone in charge to blame us for the delay was unexceptable. I could have lived with the excuse of a lost order, that can happen. I just think the manager handled this all wrong. I guess the BRIO will get our business from now on. Suggestion: I would let the manager know that how he handled this situation could have been better, even if he did not say anything. Thanks, Tim

EDIT: 7/17/24 While my experience was unfortunate with this location, the company has gone beyond to correct that experience. I had spoken with corporate and the general manager of this particular location. They not only validated my feelings and experience, but then mailed me a gift card for the amount of my food. We will for sure make our way back to our favorite location. Thank you Ruth’s Chris for accepting my feedback and validating my experience. I paid $70 for my food to be COLD. I had requested drawn butter and when asked the woman was “too busy” and walked off. RUDE. I even called after to speak with a manager and was put on hold with no answer. I have never had a bad experience before this at Ruth Chris. My husband and I go for our anniversary and special date nights. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the lack of customer service.
