The Shoyu ramen also has a rich flavor that never gets boring. If this restaurant was closer, I would definitely visit it every day!
I had been interested in this restaurant for a while. It is located along Route 4, and to be honest, it seemed a bit intimidating from the outside, but since I was really hungry today, I decided to go in. It was just about closing time, but they kindly took my order saying, "No problem (laughs)". I tried the recommended chashu ramen, and the homemade hand-cut noodles were delicious. They were thick and chewy, with a firm texture. The broth, as some others have mentioned, may be a bit salty, but I think it matches well with the thick noodles. The chashu was also recommended, and it was extremely tasty. It wasn't just the typical boiled and flavorless kind, but a thickly sliced chashu with a solid texture and a well-seasoned taste throughout. With so many other options on the menu, I will definitely be visiting again.
I visited the restaurant during the YouTube video series "Eating Around Season 3 Ramen Edition #149." The dishes I tried this time were the pork belly chashu ramen and the chashu rice bowl. I visited and filmed on Saturday, February 8, 2020. For more detailed impressions, please check out the video on YouTube. Thank you for allowing us to film and share our gratitude here.
