Sam's Inn And Grill - Quantico

We chose this restaurant because Harold's Cathy was closed, and we were not disappointed. The meatloaf was my favorite dish. I wasn't particularly fond of the seafood bowl, as it didn’t meet my expectations. Jen, our server, was fantastic and definitely deserves a raise! She was very attentive and did everything possible to accommodate us since we were quite hungry, and she was the only staff member working that day. The food was served quickly, nicely presented, and warm. We'll definitely be back!

I waited an hour and 20 minutes for subpar food and non-carbonated soda. They only have 1 person cooking and one person serving. Place was halfway full so it was super slow. I highly recommend that they hire more staff to fulfill the demand. I understand that hiring could be a genuine issue for this place, but in that case they have to work with some type of pep. I ordered the French dip (sandwich) which is supposed to have cheese, it was not on there. Also, there were 2 pieces of roast beef on the sandwich. From other places I've had a French dip, this was the worst. The aus ju sauce that came with it smelled and tasted like there was maple syrup in it. I don't know if that's what it's made with but I've never had anywhere else taste like this. Ended up having to get the food in a to go tray and I was late for a meeting. If you're in a hurry, this isn't the place to go.

I've been visiting Sam's intermittently since 1994, and like many others, I consider it a staple in Quantico. Over the years, there have been changes, but the atmosphere still retains its classic charm. The new owners have diversified the menu, offering an eclectic mix of traditional dishes that range from pork chop and lasagna specials to Korean options. Despite the variety, the food is delicious, fresh, and expertly prepared. As an added treat, they also offer karaoke!

The food was decent, but the staff was extremely rude. They acted as if we were a significant inconvenience and a nuisance to them the entire time that my party and I were eating here. The waitress huffed and puffed every time any of us asked for a refill or asked about our order. Then when asked for silverware, she rolled her eyes and walked away, only to come back and throw the silverware at the table and storm back off. I ordered a salad as part of my meal and after I received my entree I asked for my salad. The server replied we 're not making salads anymore, it 's too busy in here , then stormed off. To top it off, two of the servers started arguing with each other loudly in the center of the dining area, being completely unprofessional. Will definitely not be eating at this establishment again.

Great food, great drinks, great karaoke and Paula rocks came here to celebrate a friend that retired and one that was transferring to another state.
