Pizzeriabugs&lola - QUARTU SANT'ELENA

I ordered a family pizza, arrives with 30 minutes late, trying to accept the fact given it was Sunday we open the box and with our disappointment we see the fully burned and black ingredients. We call to ask for information, they refuse saying that it was not true that it was not burned it is impossible to remake since the dough for pizzas was finished. 9:00 a.m.! The ugliest thing is to throw food after paying it and so to waste

I found a piece of plastic and I risked to swallow it!!! Try to check the pizzas after preparation!!! They also eat the children!!!! !

We called at about 7:00 to order 3 pizzas and told us they'd come by 20:15. After 45 minutes late, we call and say that pizzas have just been baked. After another half an hour we call back and tell us that the pizzas were in delivery. After 25 minutes, the farm had not yet arrived, so we decide to call back to complain and ask for explanations, the lady answers that the pizza was in delivery for a long time and also asks us if she could call us back in a couple of minutes. Magically, not even 5 minutes later, the pizza arrives hot despite being ‘in delivery’ for a long time and almost an hour and a half late. I want to clarify that we live in the pitz’e greenhouse area and that the pizzeria is on the river. Pizza was discreet. Surely we won't order here anymore.

Pizza well cooked and quite filled with the ingredients required. (Patate, ham, buffalo mozzarella). Sorry for the potatoes unfortunately quite raw and for the second time of little sauce. For the rest good pizza that can become among the best of Quartu with shortcomings including mainly adding a little more sauce in pizzas.

50 minutes late on the pizzas.. Arri ate cold.. When I called for two timesa person with clearly-dried tone he replied that he was smiling went. Really bad.
