Les plats sont frais et préparés à la commande,ce qui est très positif, mais le revers de la médaille est que nous avons attendu 25 minutes notre commande alors qu'il y avait peu d'affluence dans le restaurant. Je ne pense donc plus être en mesure d'y retourner pour dîner sur ma pause pro. C'est fort dommage, car c'est plutôt bon.

We stumbled across this amazing restaurant which dedicates its menu to gluten free and vegan interpretations of everyday fare. Ended up having a 3 course meal for lunch and the young wait staff were very helpful in assisting with our choices. Please open a similar one in Australia!

My daughter and I have been in Quebec for a few days and we have been hard pressed to find vegan options and pretty well gave up until we found Crudessence. Excellent food, I had the lasagna and it was amazing! Try Crudessence you will not be disappointed!

Nous sommes allées à Crudessence avec mon petit ami et un couple d'ami-e-s. L'ambiance est adorable et très familiale. On s'y sent bien et on pourrait y rester des heures. La carte est assez variée, tout est végétalien, bio et sans gluten, ce qui est top ! On y mange sain et délicieux, les saveurs et les textures varient, c'est un réel plaisir. Petit bémol cependant sur les prix un peu élevés par rapport à la quantité, mais cela reste plutôt compréhensible sachant que les produits sont bios, frais et de bonne qualité. Le personnel est très souriant et accueillant, c'est un plaisir.Accès WiFi simple et efficace.

I searched high and low for a vegan restaurant or cafe and finally found Crudessence. It didn't disappoint. The friendly guy serving recommended the chilli for lunch as it was 6degC outside and raining. The food is freshly prepared and the chilli was delicious. It came with quinoa, vegan sour cream, avocado, crispy tortillas and pea shoots. Yummy! Nice, clean feel to the place. Loved the green water containing chlorophyll.
