Bistango - Québec

My experience at Bistango on New Year's Eve was fantastic. The prix fixe menu was excellent, with a wide variety of options and generous portions. The service was friendly and professional. Our table enjoyed dishes ranging from veal to cod, foie gras to arctic char, and every bite was delicious. The Jerusalem artichoke veloute was especially outstanding. Despite the somewhat unassuming location next to a hotel strip, I highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful and tasty meal.

Always living up to its reputation. This is not the first time we have been to this restaurant and it certainly won't be the last.

We ate at Bistango on the New Year's Eve. The prix fixed meal was phenomenal from the beginning to the end: large options, generous portions and friendly and yet professional service. Our table ordered everything from calf to cod, foie gras to the Arctic car and nary a bad bite. The Jerusalem artichoke veloute was to die! The location of the restaurant can seem a bit inconspicuous (a stripe attached to a hotel), but not be deceived - a tasty and delicious food awaits you within!
