Bleu Marine - Québec

Creative, fantastic food experience. Very expensive, but you get an experience not only dinner wine. But understand that on a Saturday evening the meal lasted 4 hours for 5 courses. This was perfect for our group of friends sitting, enjoying and talking. But probably not somewhere a first date

My family and I came to visit Quebec and Bleu Marine was the first restaurant we had here for our first night, and the experience really up to the great reviews I had read online before I made the reservation. The solid 7-course holiday menu with wine tasting was not only a unique experience in itself, but the dishes produced and the justification for the wines they accompany, for one of the most beautiful unique dinner experiences we ever had. Not to mention the phenomenal service and hospitality provided, and accommodation for a person in our party who was not a fan of seafood, I could not put this restaurant better for the quality and contemplation in her restaurant!

A truly special experience for those who appreciate the pairing of foods with wine. A variety of flavors based on local ingredients that always land as a surprise and a pleasure. An impeccable service raises the experience of something I would like to remember when I think of Vieux Quebec. From top to bottom!

Had a fabulous dinner here and did the drink pairing which was so fun and delicious! This is a place you go for a 2.5 hour dinner and just enjoy every bite and sip with loved ones. There is so much love and thought behind each dish and drink and the service was impeccable. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion or if you really appreciate great food and wine!
