Tonight my wife and I enjoyed another wonderful dinner in chez boulay. though our server marie was gone the manager and our server Ann-Sophie went out of that to make us feel that she was with us all night! as usual was eating. from this world and the services were great! the pate appetizer literally melts in her mouth and the pork shoulder special was sublime. also the apple didin with ice was a great finish! we were 4 days in quebec and our two best dinners were in boulay restaurants!

Great food, wine and service. in any case it is worth a cold night. interesting menu with many interesting offered to try.

Our meals were exceptional. local food and interesting menu. the atmosphere was warm and alive, and our service was excellent. we were in a hotel near, and chez boulay was recommended. we will eat here

Exceptional service and attention to detail. Excellent presentation and taste. Ambiance is hip and friendly. Onion soup is light and superb as well as the Carpaccio ombré. Beef cheeks plate and scallops both had excellent presentations and taste. Desert was a light fruity Alanna Cotta...and quite tasty. Excellent choice for a upbeat dinner.
