I was thrilled to stumble upon this charming school restaurant. The staff are cooking students who serve and learn the art of fine cuisine. From the soup to the coffee, everything was truly exceptional. It's a buffet-style restaurant where you serve yourself the main course and desserts, but the students serve the soup and drinks, and they are very professional. Each dish from the buffet is presented in individual ramekins, and the salads and starters were particularly delicious. Overall, a lovely restaurant worth discovering, but be sure to make a reservation. The restaurant's opening hours are as follows: Tuesday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

We had dinner at the Le Piolet restaurant, located just a three-minute walk from Wendake.
