This is a true tea shop with a wide variety of tea leaves to choose from. There is a cozy traditional tea seating area by the window if it is available. The atmosphere of the tea shop is pleasant and calming. My husband and I enjoyed our experience so much that we visited Sebz twice during our two-day stay in Quebec City. Both Rachel and Amy, the staff members, are very knowledgeable about the different types of tea available and can offer suggestions based on your preferences if you are unsure what to order. They also provided us with recommendations for off-the-beaten-path restaurants and activities in the area, showing great hospitality.

The tea options at this place are amazing, with a wide variety of loose leaf choices. They also offer a refreshing drink menu, including a selection of matcha beverages. The lounge area is very comfortable and inviting.

We stopped by this quaint tea shop and lounge on our way to explore the Montcalm neighborhood. We were drawn in by its minimalist decor and soothing music. They offer a variety of beautiful tea cups, pots, accessories, and teas available by the cup or for purchase by the ounce. The lounge area is cozy and inviting, perfect for savoring tea and engaging in conversation, or simply relaxing and charging your electronic devices. The staff is warm and accommodating. We returned later to enjoy some delicious Taiwan Oolong tea.

Enjoyed a cold glass of $2 iced tea in this quiet, calm spot. Tea was unsweetened (I asked for a little sugar), and very flavourful.
