Tim Hortons - Québec

The service at this restaurant is frustrating and slow. It's quite challenging to place an order without making a mistake. If you're not careful, you end up wasting your time and money. I just wish the ordering process was smoother.

I’m giving this place two stars because I don’t think it’s terrible, but there are definitely some areas that need improvement, particularly in coffee preparation. I ordered a mocha iced cappuccino with toppings, and the only thing I found acceptable was the filling. The rest was a strange mix of coffee with ice cubes, a bit of cappuccino, and clumps of chocolate floating on top of the cup, not to mention that the cup wasn’t even filled to the top. I’ve frequented this Tim Hortons before, but if I have a similar experience again, I won’t be able to get a refund. Thanks for your time, and have a nice day.

This is a pick-up counter only, located inside a convenience store that closes at 11 p.m.

The person who served me reached into the cash register to give me my change and went to make my sandwich WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES... When I confronted him he denied everything and left the drive-thru window. It makes no sense..

To begin with, I repeated my order 3 times to the drive-thru to make sure they understood correctly. Even when we got to pay we reviewed the order together which was not at all complicated. In addition I leave a tip no thanks no smile. When he gave me my order he gave me a sandwich which had so much sauce that it was just inedible (I had specified and the cashier had repeated to change the sauce and not put both it was clearly marked on the billing!!! moreover, for forgetting to put the potato. When I returned, they made us feel very clear that they did not want to redo our order and had an unpleasant and inappropriate attitude. Yet it is legitimate because it is their mistake. Make us feel bad for their mistake? (I was very polite but I was very disappointed Honestly, avoid it is not a Tim Hortons as the employees are committed to serving their customers well both through the quality of the food and through the service.
