Del Taco - Queen Creek

Normally the food is hot and fresh when you get it. I ate it less. Than 5 minutes after I got it and was not happy. Food appeared to be made with whatever was left. It's been my go to cheat meal for over 20 years and this was the worst. Still like it though sad it was

Food was good. Service was terrible. Waited 20 min to get our food.

I typically enjoy Del Taco, but this time I was disappointed to find that my tacos were completely empty. I was quite surprised by this oversight.

I understand that everybody has a bad day, but today, it wasn't like that. The vibe was more so either a new lazy manager or a new lazy team. My family and I love this place and the location. They're usually all so friendly and fast! The drive-through is rarely backed up, and on the occasion that it is, we haven't sat in line long. Today, I ordered 2 Fiesta Packs and I could tell the employee taking my order on the other end was annoyed, it's a large order, I can understand, but it's also their job and it was before the dinner rush so I'm not understanding the reason for the attitude. I pay at the window, and instead of getting my food at the window, or wait a couple minutes for them to put it together, they had me pull up and park. That's not an issue. Maybe that's what they do to prevent a build-up at the drive-through? But there weren't any cars behind me at this point... When we got home with our food, we were only given a couple of napkins and zero salsa. Thank God for the leftover salsa from the last trip! It will be a shame to see this location go down the toilet because of laziness, a few bad teammates, or a bad leader.

Nice restaurant on the inside. Good food. Good staff here although the girl who waited on me had to ask my name several times because she couldn't understand me. I could tell her English was a bit broken but she tried at least. Have to give her credit because she was friendly and doing her job. Ordered the Del Taco combo #1) and it was just perfect. Right amount of food and delicious. Price was right as well and for Taco Tuesday, you can never go wrong with Del Taco.
