Got a Coke does not taste like Coke taste like lemon pledge watered down with Coke which doesn't make any sense and the guy said and I quote shake machine is being cleaned get up to the window he was not cleaning the shake machine and when I called they didn't pick up the purposely not picking up if possible I would give a zero

It smells like straight sewage in the store and waited 30 minutes for my food. I’m so disgusted that I didn’t even want my food.

This Jack sets the bar. I love Jack and so I visit often. In fact this is the 2nd time today. Service is on point. Very friendly staff and it starts with the manager. Consistent service throughout the restaurant. The food was cooked to order and was great. I went to another Jack in the box earlier today who was competing with McDonalds on the amount of trips it takes through the drive thru to get your full order. Kudos to this restaurant and the leadership team!
