Salad And Go - Queen Creek

This restaurant is terrible! We have been here twice now and both times our orders were completely wrong. The first time we ordered 2 chicken wraps and neither of them had any chicken in them. This time we customized salads and wraps, and all 3 items had the wrong ingredients in our salads. This place is very basic, yet they somehow manage to mess up every order.

I am writing this review because I was surprised to see so many low ratings for this place. My friends and I have never had any issues here. Our orders have always been correct and the drinks have never tasted strange. I am confident that if there was a mistake, it would be corrected promptly. I am a fan of S&G and believe that the negative reviews below are overly critical.

I absolutely adore their salads, and they consistently offer a delicious selection of soups. I highly recommend trying their breakfast burritos as well - every one I've had has been excellent.

These dishes are very straightforward, so I'm not sure how they managed to mess up our orders.

I did not receive any of my order items. There was no phone number to contact, so I emailed the restaurant but was told I would not receive a response for 24 hours. Since I live 20 minutes away, going back was not an option, and my son did not get the meal I paid for. I am hoping they will reimburse me.
