Carvel - Queens

The owner is a thief. He charges for every topping on a sundae. Outrageous. Also charges 4 percent if you use a credit card.! 1 was charged 12 dollars for a sundae. STAY AWAY from this THIEF!

I was a little surprised that when I used my debit card I was told there was a fee. I didn't see a sign posted either. They only told me the price of the cake

Just under $8.00 for a SMALL hot fudge sundae with vanilla ice cream. Was NOT asked If I wanted anything extra on this small cup of icecream. For instance sprinkles, whipped cream, walnuts, cherry. I will NEVER come back as that price is completely out of line and extremely disappointed by the service of the man or shall I say boy behind the counter. Complete lack of service zero people skills.

Love this place I go there maybe once a week to stock up on their ice cream who doesn't like Carvel

Good Ice Cream but the employees are not attentive, you could really tell they don't want to be there. Then again what teenager actually wants to be at work? I think the real problem at this Carvel is lack of good management to keep the young staff on track. Prices are a bit high for what you get...long story short there are much better carvels in the Queens area.
