Chipotle Mexican Grill - Queens

I had a terrible experience today at this restaurant. The staff was unprofessional and rude. I was waiting for an ongoing DoorDash delivery, and they told me to wait 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, I called DoorDash support to report the issue. When DoorDash contacted the restaurant, they falsely claimed that someone else had picked up my order. However, when I checked again with the restaurant, they said it was ready for pickup. I informed DoorDash support that I would go pick up the order myself, but when I arrived, they told me it wasn't ready yet. They lied to me and wasted my time in the rain for half an hour.

The level of customer service regarding undercooked food is disappointing. There's virtually no customer support available over the phone. It seems the company is following a trend of monopolization and is attempting to become fully autonomous, which it largely already is. It’s quite unfortunate.

The food as usual was okay.... the experience however? Let 's just say I 've never met a shift of workers that seem to hate their job so much. Can we get these poor people a raise? Or some public management classes on how to deal with customers? I could forgive the general ambiance of annoyance and general air of done but combined with having my food slapped into the bowl and shoved down into a bag, this visit left much to be desired. The actual food was great even though all of the portions were off.

I've come to this location before I bowl league night at Jib Lanes. Each time I've order food here, the food is delicious. I order the rice bowl, pinto beans, medium sauce with queso cheese. But the star of the meal is the juicy, flavorful chicken. It's just chicken, right? But it's seasoned so well even with the grill crispy parts, adds another layer of flavor to your bite in a good way. Chipotle give your cooks a bonus. That's food cooked with love.

It was very rude service and all of them showing long face! And it was Saturday most of the customers not in rush with family and frds. Showing some smile and say hey there, hello it’s cost nothing. Who is manager over there plz improve customer service mashed avacado too salty can’t even eat !!!!!
