Chipotle Mexican Grill - Queens

The food is tasty, but they don't adhere to CDC guidelines. I particularly want to advise against letting one specific server assist you, as she tends to spit while talking. I brought this up with a manager, but she still has her job and continues to wear her mask improperly.

Very disappointed with this chipotle. They are stingy on the amount of food. I’m a small person. Spent $21 and I was not full. The food was very salty , workers not nice

I met the owner of Chipotle today. I was at the food court in Queens Center Mall and realized I had forgotten to grab napkins with my meal. I went to Chipotle, where I saw a large stack of napkins. I asked the young woman at the counter if I could have some. She asked where I had purchased my food, and I requested just some napkins. She replied that I had to get them from the place I bought my food. I said, "So I can't have any napkins?" and she confirmed that I couldn't. I thought to myself, great customer service. #Chipotle #NotImpressed #DisappointingExperience

They have to pull back the black haired guy who's just working. small portions, do not know how to listen to the customer and did not know how to roll a burrito that the point runs out everywhere.
