Domino's Pizza - Queens

Order pizza and brotsticks. brotsticks were boiled and hard and eating was ice cold. the supplier was rude. called store in relation to refund and received the run around. there is no direct number to load. just a few fake customer service lines that grab me for over 30 minutes. decided to pay with my credit card co. will not be bought again by dominos.

They don't pick up the phone, they don't deliver on time, it's just ridiculous.

Terrible! don't order them from here. status online was marked as complete as if the order was delivered if it was not. the online news like other sites have never been updated. I tried to call the load, no answer. the order did not arrive until an hour after it was completely marked.

I don't know why they messed up the order today. it is suspected to have whole pizza with paprika, bark meat and spinat and just left side with pineapple..plus the pizza was a little burned on the side. last time I order was okay. but this time I think they could do better.

I usually don't write reviews but need to say this place is HORRIBLE. Driver never came. Did not receive my order. Order tracker says delivered Called the store multiple times and unable to reach anyone. Finally reached someone a few days later. I reported the issue and whoever I spoke with (he refused to give his name) hung up the phone on me. RUDE and DISAPPOINTING. Never ordering again from this place.
