There were many side dishes available, which could potentially take away from the main focus of the meal, the tuna. However, the abundance of side dishes also makes it a suitable option for those who may not be fans of raw food.
I had a great time here celebrating my brother's birthday. I ordered a sushi set and my brother ordered the sushi and sashimi set. The sashimi was fresh and the udon was delicious. The service was fantastic, with the waitress consistently refilling our hot tea. The restroom was clean and the restaurant's interior matched the Japanese theme beautifully. Parking was easy to find on a Monday evening, although it did require paying at a meter. I would definitely return with family and friends for a sushi night or special occasions.
The portions are very generous and cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious, but the prices are a bit on the expensive side.
I requested perilla leaves, but they only provided them to customers eating eel. Those of us having raw fish were unable to have them. The bill ended up being close to $200, which seemed outrageous.
This hidden gem in the heart of Flushing is my favorite go-to spot. The quality of the sushi is top-notch, with many exotic options available on the menu. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is a cut above your average sushi restaurant. It's the perfect place for a date or special occasion.
