Dunkin' - Queens

Ordered and paid for an ice cream cake for my daughter on 8/17(custom cake). Came in today to pick it up 9/4 the guy was like ?they didn?t make it, you can just pick one from the fridge? so ridiculous. I told him this was paid for on 8/17, he said yeah?they didn?t have enough people to make it?. Are you kidding me? He knew already the day before, nobody called me or anything,so we had to have a random cake that was made from their fridge. Unacceptable, this was my first and last time ordering fromthem.

The old lady in the drive thru is miserable and always puts sugar in my coffee even though I?ve told her I?m diabetic. Please readjust the staff, every other employee smiles makes the coffee correctly. I?m not even going to argue about my burnt tongue(to check coffee before leaving) and wasted funds, just do better!

Not all dunkin' donuts are so created that this place was kind of big I was surprised nice size sitting area, but the place was empty service was friendly fast and fast I was the only one in there lol but I had the pumpkin call brewing great I had 2 nights in front of another park and I experienced this before a place makes it better than the other there was no particular wise or instruction

So kind and nice, I am diabetic and when they saw my sugar was low they rushed to help me quick. I keep coming here after work for tea thanks guys

I've been to many different Dunkin Donuts in my life, and they all taste pretty much exactly the same (I mean that in a good way). But this particular branch just offers the nicest view I've ever had while sitting eating at any Dunkin Donuts. You can see Jamaica Bay (and feel the breeze of it if you choose to sit outdoors on a hot day), and in the far distance you can even see the Manhattan skyline.
