Dunkin' - Queens

This location is comfortable from my house. I order coffee almost every day before the work and everything is in the really great, but the service is müll. this morning I put an order for picking up at 618 clock I went into there were no people and I didn't get my coffee until almost 20 minutes later. I had asked the lady who was there her name was “shusbita” (she spoke and spoke) I showed her my order and she whispered something I don’t understand so that I only waited more. then, after the people began to serve them first. I asked her again, and she was upset so I asked the other worker. I showed her my order, to which the other employee did not care and finally got it after I had put all the time on an order with joy. every day there is always a problem with the service that the straws are never available and we always have to wait for a worker and sometimes do not acknowledge that they are there.

Many people work, but still a longer than expected waiting time. they gave me my food before me, and the money had to bring it to me. Thankfully, she had no time to tamp me with food and poison me.

They didn't let me use the bathroom, even though I ordered food. they gave a stupid excuse that they didn't have the keys. bad customer service.

The type that served me was rude! I waited patiently when he asked to finish a turret order. then he started taking people after me. he made milkshake watery and did not put the Oreo crumbs or whip cream. even if it takes to get it. The person in the night time between 2am to 4am doesn’t open the door when it says in goggle maps that the store is open. He refused to serve us and look the door in our face. He said that he won’t open the door because is too much work for one person but there is two persons working.
