I can honestly only give this place 3 stars because for the most part the staff is friendly. Me my wife came here Tuesday, days after her birthday arrived 2pm. There was another couple that was good 4 me. The waitress was very nice explained everything about the all U can eat offer, the 18% auto gratuity, which I'm trying 2 wrap my head around. Food was good, the music was good, and the rum punch was good. Waitress was attentive and polite. The only thing that annoyed me is the 18% gratuity for party/event, because the dj was playing on a Saturday night. The tip should have nothing to with the Dj or me as a customer since that 's manager 's decision to have one.

I went in early Saturday afternoon around 2:30pm , and there wasn?t that much people. It was the best time to go in , less crowded in the weekend. The food is really good , we got non breaded wings . The New England clam chowder was really good !!! Pina colada was one of the best , we had the mango flavor and passion fruit flavor. Our server was really great , I think her name was Daniella . I will definitely be visit again soon

My first visit to any of these chains and I can say my experience was definitely pleasant. Keynaya was the right amount of everything. The crab boil came out to us piping hot and the taste was a tad bit salty but just what we were craving. I would definitely come
