Sugar Factory - Queens

This was my second visit to the restaurant, and I noticed that the chairs I sat in still had food crumbs on them, which I had to wipe off before sitting down. It would be great if the chairs could be sanitized and cleaned before new guests arrive, as that would show consideration for patrons. On a positive note, the food was delicious, and I had a fun time. The menus and tables looked clean, but I did notice that the glasses and utensils had some food residue on them.

We had an exceptional dining experience! We usually visit the NYC location, but when we discovered there was a closer spot, we made a reservation to celebrate our daughter's birthday. She absolutely loves Sugar Factory—it’s her favorite! This location is stunning, clean, and has an upscale, relaxing atmosphere. Our waiter, Jonathan, was outstanding! He helped us choose the perfect portion sizes to ensure we had enough food for our kids without overordering. My daughter was overjoyed when they brought out her birthday dessert with singing! Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The restrooms were impressively clean and had a pleasant scent, which is so important for a restaurant. Don’t forget to visit the Sugar Factory store on your way out—the staff there is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I really hope this location maintains its top-notch quality, as the NYC one seems a bit worn down. We've definitely found our go-to Sugar Factory location and will be returning very soon!

The restaurant is quite expensive. I made reservations earlier in the day, but it turned out to be unnecessary. The service was a bit slow, especially with children at the table, which wasn't ideal. Other than that, it was an overall acceptable experience.

Second time I have been at the Sugar Factory and both times, the food, the service, the atmosphere terrific

Manny our server was excellent and had a great attitude despite how busy it was. The ambiance the decor was cute. i would recommend to a friend. However i think this is more of a birthday party scene rather than a first date kind of vibe. the food was good i had the shrimp penne alfredo and the name of my drink was peace love harmonie, it was delicious. my date had a s'mores milkshake he said it was pretty good. there was well over a few options to choose from drinks and meal wise. overall i give this spot 5stars out of 5. the total bill was about 100 and change so be prepared to spend a little coin even if u have just a few items off the menu. theres a 20% service charge added to your bill which we knew in advance but may come as a shock to others. so that's just a heads up. overall i had a good time and i'll definitely be back. maybe for my birthday 🥳
