Feedback gevenI don't understand why the table was so dirty compared to the loaded fries I ordered. I asked for napkins, but the staff didn't seem to know where the cleaning supplies were. I had to clean the table myself in order to sit down.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and I would recommend avoiding it. The wait was excessively long, and although their app indicated that our food was ready, it actually wasn't. If you order multiple items, be sure to double-check your order, as they have a reputation for shortchanging customers. Don't be deceived by their sealed packaging; it doesn’t guarantee that you’re getting everything you paid for. Overall, I would rate the food as 2 out of 5.
The first time I ordered from this restaurant, I decided to pick up my food early. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for cold food that was supposedly ready to eat, but it seemed like nobody was checking on the orders. When I got home with my sealed bag, I discovered that 12 items were missing. It's clear they rushed to seal the bag without ensuring it was complete, leaving it up to the customer to check for missing items. I tried to call them to address the issue, but no one answered. This was just a frustrating experience all around. It will definitely be my first and last time visiting.
Eating is good, but the inner of this place is very dirty. my partner and I ate once and the tables were very sticky. there were also empty wing-tip pockets lying around, where it looked like past people who had eaten there and no one would clean it up
Honestly, I love coming to wing stop but today was probably my last time coming. The cashier was quite rude to me while she was taking my order. But she was also being rude to other customers that were ordering which threw me off. She must be re-trained !!
