Feedback gevenI visited the restaurant at 7 p.m. and noticed it was quite busy. The service was comparable to other locations. Unfortunately, the guacamole didn’t taste fresh, and another item in the bowl also had an unusual flavor. I ended up experiencing diarrhea afterwards.
At least I received a refund, but that’s the only positive I can share about my experience. The restaurant was exceptionally dirty, and the food was subpar. The rice was undercooked and crunchy, while the meat tasted old and had large chunks of fat. My fiancé even ended up spitting out a mouthful. We ended up discarding 90% of the food and going to McDonald's instead. Even the chips had an odd taste and were stale. Paying $37 for two burrito bowls and some chips is completely unacceptable. I have no issue spending money on good food, but this is now at the top of my "never again" list. The chatbot offered me a buy-one-get-one coupon, but I don’t want a coupon; I want my money back. And as for the restroom, I would honestly prefer the woods outside.
I visit this restaurant nearly every week, and each time I find it to be quite a mess. It seems like management doesn't take much notice—trash bins are overflowing, and the restrooms often have clogged toilets. The food frequently runs out, and the space feels overcrowded. Despite being in a large area, the restaurant is surprisingly small with insufficient seating. Tables are rarely cleaned, and the soda machine is often out of ice or completely out of soda. The floors are dirty, littered with food and other debris. It appears that the staff isn’t very collaborative either. There's definitely a need for improvements in management and overall operations.
Try ordering online and it said cannot place online order , everything is sold out ! Yet I go in person to place my orders and see 3 young ladies chatting about life in the takeout section. Not busy at the moment. Why is Chipotle not taking our onlineorders ? While I see the girls on the food line in need of help. Not to mention the girl that warmed up my tortillas the 1stone I greeted) was not the most pleasant employee. Poor customer service. They raised their prices and at times attempt to givea small portion. Please can you have the employees up front wear a name tag. Please let the customers know why they can notorder on line saying the food is sold out!!NOT TRUE. Is it the employees avoiding doing their job.
