However, its owner Marge, originally from California, comes with an excellent reputation. With over twenty-five years of experience in Manuel Antonio, she offers the best and most exquisite dishes. The cuisine is a fusion of fresh ingredients, featuring seafood, burgers, salads, vegetarian options, tacos for travelers, meats, and more, all beautifully presented. The portions are generous and the quality-to-price ratio is perfect. I highly recommend trying the tuna tataki and the shrimp scampi. The location is unbeatable, the atmosphere fantastic, and the food is a perfect 10! Cheers to Marge, I will definitely be returning!
Dining at Quepos will immerse you in the heart of harbor cuisine, with the marina offering a must-try option in the form of Runaway Grill. This restaurant is a true standout, boasting a menu full of fresh, local ingredients and delicious seafood from the nearby waters. We started with shrimp in a delicious caper sauce, followed by perfectly seared tuna tataki alongside a fresh cabbage salad. The tuna salad with avocado was a definite highlight of the meal. Prices vary depending on your dish choices, but a visit to Marina Pez Vela promises a full gastronomic experience.
