Italianissimo La Fortuna - Quesada

This pizza is ridiculously good!! Incredible taste and perfect consistency. Not thin crust, but also not thick, only somewhere in the middle. The owner is very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. Absolutely recommended and if we were still in the area, we would go again!

Oh my gosh the gnocchi was sooo good. One thing that threw me off (as an American) was that the apprizers did not come with bread, so we had lots of salmon for appetizer and I saved it the the gnocchi. It was a great decision because it didn’t come with meat and I wanted a bit with the pasta. My friends and I all had wine and it was strong. For me, that’s alright. We wanted to come back so bad the next day but they close on mondays. Hasta luego delish gnocchi.

120% Authentic Italian dishes from the Italian owner from Verona We ordered Fettucine alfredo and Spaghetti allo scoglio and they are amazing as hell We loved the atmosphere a lot too and the owner is very very nice! You should talk to him for a chit chat if possible I would definitely visit here again if I travel to Fortuna area for sure

Amazing Italian food! Freshly made pizza dough and made in the house dough. The Alfredo sauce is the best I had in Costa Rica! Pasta itself is absolutely delicious and the ravioli are amazing! The house wine is delicious, served in very beautiful wine glasses and quite expensive. The walls have hand-painted murals that depict different scenes from the area and Italy. The pizza, my goodness, the pizza is the best in town! The pizza crust is handmade in the house, tasty and crispy also soft, perfect amount of fresh toppings. The waiting staff speaks English and the owner was there and thanked us personally for coming. Excellent place for date night or the whole family!
