Shah Wali شاہ ولی ریسٹورنٹ

What a food! Amazing Shah wali is an open roof restaurant with seating of traditional carpets. Serving time is 15-20 minutes. Fresh Lassi, excellent Hammelgrill (without excessive tin and spice) , nicely boiled Rosh , kabli plaao, naan and green tea. Very economical, only about 1000 PKR per person. Cooperative staff with overcrowded but beneficial environment.

At least the Shah Wali restaurant is an absolutely better place to enjoy the delicious Afghani/traditional cuisine. The restaurant is located in the middle of a busy city centre such as Suraj Ganj Bazaar. The owner, Shah Wali himself is from Turkmener descent and runs the business for the last decades. Meals are usually served in an open terrace on the restaurant. Unfortunately, there is no room for families where you can enjoy the meal.

Its beautiful place for traditional dishes of the quetta region at favorable prices environment was very crowded food was very tasty and beautifully presented staff behavior was quite good. I tried Mutton rosh and Qabuli pulao
