Number of times visited: once parking: available eating: ordinary filipino fare. we've been ordering laing and dinuguan. It's not bad, but it's okay. the servings are very tiny, although price: the cost for the portions are very low. service: contempt, we went to a time when there are not many diners location: they have a relatiw large parking space and a large it area (in the interior) repeat: probably not how eating simply tastes normal and with this price point I would really hesitate to do a repetition
We had a hard time to find a restaurant yesterday, 1st november as it was a holiday, so we let ourselves eat here for the night. it was my second time to try the two and my expectations were not so high. the chicken of jay j was bland and the steamed vegetables was a regrettable order. even though the Adobo rice and the bangus were both satisfied good. a a for the very fast and accommodating service!
I came for the deep fried chicken skin, which is highly-rated online but not always available. Boo I ordered the chicken curry and the pinakbet instead. Don't. Perhaps I'll order the bestsellers next time, and maybe I'll consider a better rating then.
The year is just starting but this is already the 2nd time for me eating at Jay-J's. 1st time was with hubby at Greenhills branch. This time with a bunch of the family My special request is their laing which I loved from my first visit. Their laing has similar taste to when you cook crabs with kangkong. Very yummy, can't get enough of it I suggested not to order their lechon kawali coz in our experience at the Greenhills branch, the meat is very tough Their kare-kare is good. The crispy squid heads is love ???? not a fan of the grilled chicken but my sister and her kids loved it so, might be just me. Seeing hubby and me and even the family going back here a number of times...read more
