Rice & Dough - Quezon City

Rice & Dough is a newly opened sushi and pizza bar in Eastwood. It's somewhat a unique concept for a resto fusing both Japanese and Italian cuisine. We went here on a slow Sunday afternoon. The place is quite spacious, and we were the third customer upon arriving. Since they are a sushi and pizza bar, naturally, we had to try their bestsellers for both and ordered the following: Perfect Catch (339.95php) - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is sushi with raw salmon and cream cheese rolled over panko crumbs and golden fried. Topped with bonito flakes and unagi aioli cream. It's served on a hexagon-shaped plate. This one is seriously good! The moment you take a bite the flavor bursts in your mouth. Well, salmon + cream cheese will always be a match made in heaven. ❤ Philly Cheesesteak Pizza (374.12php) - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ U.S. Angus beef with caramelized onions, mozzarella and cream cheese. Did I say all the magic words? ???? Good pizza will always have a special place in my heart, and this one is no exception! Their Philly Cheesesteak pizza have a generous amount of mozzarella, but I'm not complaining! It's just so good I can't find the right words to write this review. Lol. ???? You MUST try it for yourself! I was so full after that I wasn't able to move for 20mins. Haha! I'd probably be back to try their Truffled Bacon Cheeseburger Sushi. Sounds SUSHI-yal right? ????❤

Before my older sister went to japan, we had dinner at rice and dough and it was earlier cpk. I like the simpleness of the room and how it is not overly scattered. at least she ordered us the following: truffle fries (php 249.95) I didn't cost the truffle oil so much. crimp nori chicken wing (php 294.95) for the price it is not this sulit. sauce tasted good world was roll (php 399.95) it was unanimous that we did not like it. we didn't understand the taste it had too much.
