Feedback gevenAverage and overpriced. The pasta was stale, and the drinks tasted like watered-down coffee. Even the matcha lacked any real flavor. It felt like a dismal version of Starbucks, which was thoroughly disappointing.
The coffee here is excellent—it's served piping hot, which is perfect for combating the chilly office atmosphere.
The staff were unfriendly and appeared unwilling to take orders. They constantly assumed that we were bringing in outside food or drinks. Their training seemed inadequate.
The restaurant lacks charging outlets, making it inconvenient for those who want to use their devices while staying. The prices are on the higher side as well. On the plus side, the interior, garden, and outdoor seating are quite nice. They do accept various payment methods, but I really hope they can add some power sockets in the future. I usually choose Coffee Bean when I don’t need to use my gadgets, but I prefer Starbucks when I do.
I don't often find myself in Quezon City, but recently I was in search of a coffee shop that felt familiar and wasn't too crowded. I decided on Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at UP Tech Hub, since the nearby Starbucks was bustling with its usual large crowd. I opted for the quieter atmosphere at Coffee Bean, which also offers delicious coffee at slightly lower prices than its competitor. It proved to be a delightful stop before facing the heavy traffic around QC Circle.
