We knew to expect a busy holiday environment, even allowing for COVID restrictions, but were not as prepared as we thought for the experience that ensued! The staff were friendly enough and the Chef passed by our table to welcome us before we ordered, which was a nice touch. There were hoards of holiday-makers bustling through the restaurant and around the pool and we happened to choose an evening when the Kids’ Club was in full flow (with disco and lights! . We were sitting adjacent to the pool which would have been fine on any other evening. There was also a sizeable group of people drinking large quantities of red wine and clearly relishing the experience! The food was OK but rather expensive and didn’t live up to our expectations. Nothing special. Can’t say much more than that. We would probably give the restaurant another try, out of season, but our evening was less than relaxing, rather raucous and we were quite exhausted by the time we returned home! We were left feeling a little disappointed.
A little out of the way,and up the hill just keep going up past the adventure playground. in the summer you should book good food and helpful staff
This is one of those restaurants where you have a fabulous meal, but it won't break the bank. They have a great chef, and the atmosphere is lovely as well, with a pool next door, or in the Wintertime the warm hearth burning inside. The restaurant is right next to the park l'Espinet (Vayamundo) in Quillan.
An exceptional place, a quality cuisine, a chef present and very pleasant.
Good products well prepared carefully and warm, relaxing and peaceful setting short a good time at the pool.
