Our guests are charming. dishes are simple, a choice among meat, fish or jacco saints. with entry, dessert according to the choice formula. The plates are beautiful to the eye, well elaborated. adjustments are fine, tastes and some surprising and pleasant associations. the price, if it seems high, is the peculiarity of this unique cuisine in france. a cookbook that you can buy on site explains how it works. wines are available for drinks and combine well with dishes. We enjoyed the discovery of this new kitchen.

A delightful culinary experience! we were thrilled to find such an unusual and tasty restaurant in the heart of the bretagne. classic French cuisine, perfectly designed, with a little extra fermented ingredients, heat and acid. a very reasonable price for three courses plus amuse bouche, pre-plate and pre-dessert. even the brot was unforgettable delicious! the cook and the server were very welcoming and took the time to explain their cooking philosophy with us, which includes a focus on fermented foods. one of the most unforgettable and tasty meals of two weeks in the bretagne!
