The service is outstanding compared to all the other Chinese restaurants in Boston. The roast fish is very good, but a bit pricey. Overall the food is pretty decent.
This was possibly the best Chinese cuisine I've ever had. I ordered the soup dumplings and twice cooked pork. The dumplings were good. The pork was amazing. The restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere and very polite staff.
Very poor slow service, took 2 waiters and 5 requests to get a glass of ice for my soda. Had several entrees that were not exactly as ordered like steam fish with ginger and scallions shouldn't be soupy with the fish chopped up and filled with dried chilli peppers. Peking pork chops shouldn't be sweet and sour strips of pork similar to Panda Express's. Additionally the s p seafood entree was more like appetizer portion small. 1st time and will be the last. Pricey and not worth the time to eat here. Avoid this place! Especially if you have a large crowd of 5+ and they auto added 18% gratuity to the bill.
First of all, if I could give ZERO star or event negative star, I wouldn't give it one star. The food is alright, especially sichuang style food. But what disgusted me is that the front desk man was super disrespectful and bad attitude when I am ordering food. Not to mention that he is ugly and short. Sounds like he own the whole world. It is still unbelievable to me that they would hire him at this place. Definitely is a very bad choice. I hope the owner of this place would see this and consider my recommendations. As other folks are saying, the food is alright. But oh man, I have to say it again. The front desk man, I think his name is Phillips , SHALL NOT be a front desk man. He is just terrible to the customers.
