They cancelled my order without informing me because I did not add a tip to my card, even though I intended to pay cash for the tip upon delivery. I had cash, but it was not enough to cover my entire order, so I put the remainder on my card. This was very unprofessional and felt like they were forcing a customer to comply. What if that was all the money I had? Would they refuse to serve me?

The driver refused to give me change and pressured me into giving a tip of over $7. I will never order from this restaurant again. It is a rip-off.

Ordered a calzone with chicken and bacon. Get home and it has peppers and onions in it too. Call back, they tell me that 's not even possible and they don 't have peppers. Umm what??? If you look at their menu that 's clearly false. They do. And it 's obvious they made the chicken bomb calzone which has peppers in it instead of what I actually ordered. How pathetic to lie to the customer and not take accountability. Just a terriblypoor customer experience. Very frustrating having to go back to get the correct order after a long day of work. First time here, don 't see why I 'd ever go back.

I am friends with the people working there. Awesome quality. Kid-friendliness: they are very kind to kids.
