Dougie's Diner - Quinte West

The food and service at this restaurant were great. However, the dining area was quite cold and may pose difficulties for individuals with mobility challenges. Unfortunately, there are no ramps for wheelchair accessibility and the diner is located in the basement, down two short flights of stairs, making it a concern for those with accessibility needs.

The restaurant offers fantastic food and is operated by a very welcoming family.

Rundown basement. Food was okay and service was okay but the owner is genuinely unpleasant. Yelling at people for not seeing the sign at least 3 seperate groups. Moving the sign instead of having tantrums seems like a better business move.

Not the prettiest of places but the staff and food make up for it 10 fold!!!

Food is very good. My only gripe is the seating chairs are only folding chairs. It would be nice to see some solid wood chairs and tables. The atmosphere is very low class.
