Wendy's - Quinton

Extremely rude and terrible staff. Went there yesterday April 17th 2024 at 7:20pm. One car was in front of us. The fossil that took our order was extremely rude and ghetto. Without being nice she goes go ahead with your order very rudly. And when we went to the window she had an attitude problem. Then she kept rolling her eyes when I was waiting for my drink that she should of given to me to begin with. idk what her issue is but if your having a bad day you need to leave or get over it. Don't take it out on customers. Or if your simply rude then don't work in customer service business. She was a young black girl with red and black braids.

I am pleased to report that the service at this Wendy's location was exceptional, with attentive staff members who provided efficient and friendly service. Furthermore, the food served was notably fresh and served hot, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Prices are higher than other Wendy's, missing multiple items from our order, and have to wait to ask for ketchup because they keep it behind the counter. The drink machine was also out of many options and needed to be restocked.

Went there to the drive-through , Ordered Pretzel Baconator . after we got home they were just regular Baconator. I know I specifically ordered the Pretzel... Burgers and bacon were overcooked .. I usually love Wendy's but this wasn't a good experience ?

The lady in the drive thru was rude but my food was hot!!
