Fattoria Borrello hosted my rehersal dinner and it was the most amazing food and ambience! Everything was fresh, local and produced from their land. Pane fritto e porchetta was incredible!!! The guests kept complimenting the food and service. Everyone LOVED it! Grazie mille Fattoria Borrello!

Finally after several attempts we managed to come to lunch in the new trattoria of frank borrello, home of the old family company and for a few years with the possibility of catering. Franco is skillfully assisted by children who, surely, have brought some good news to the traditional family cuisine, taking advantage of the great raw material available. all good from the appetizers to the dessert, a pork plause cooked in the wood oven at low temperature. excellent wine card. I hope that as soon as possible, it can add to the catering also the possibility of sleeping and, why not, also a wellness center, the context between the woods of the nebrodi is ideal. to never and soon

The tavern is a magnificent place. a farm, well-kept in every detail, a pleasant place where you can breathe air of the house, where you eat very genuine and taste ancient flavors, flavors of nebrodi, flavors of Sicily. the staff is magnificent, every room should have such a service, kindness, courtesy, punctuality, maximum attention, magnificent boys, flanked by perfect annalaura hostess, perfect in presentations, in the directions and always kind. every penny paid is blessed, prices are really good compared to the quality of the food served. in the kitchen they know the fact, every dish is cooked with great mastery.
