Racine Danish Kringles

I have purchased clings from this restaurant in the past, but it has been a few years since my last visit. They have always been great in the past. However, this time we ordered the celestial clings and the filling was like gel with no celestial flavor. It seems like they have changed their recipe for the worse. The dish was not worth the price and I do not plan on buying it again. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Do not buy this product. Our daughter sent one while we were traveling. There is no best by or use by date on the package. However, it says Serve or freeze immediately We could do neither. I hate she totally wasted her money. I won't buy undated products. We tried calling the company, but office closed.

We bought a raspberry Kringle at Aldi's in Huntsville, Al. We lived in Milwaukee for many years and used to enjoy our weekend trips to Racine for fresh Kringle. The product form Kringle.com was not even close to what we used to get. It had a thin layer of tasteless raspberry paste enclosed in a pathetic excuse for pastry dough. Reminds me of a poptart

I used to love the Danish kringles at this restaurant - they were always worth the extra cost. However, the celestial I purchased recently was $2.00 more and absolutely terrible. If I were blindfolded, I wouldn't have been able to identify what I was eating, except that it was sweet. If they want to continue selling them, they should go back to their old recipe.
