Applebee's Grill - Radcliff

Our 42nd annual dinner was delicious and the hot brownie for the desert has left it all out. brandi n has made a good job. we want to come back. I was back at my birthday and had the worst experience. the meal was composed, but make sure that they do not enter during shifts. matters everywhier. I will not be back

We came early so we couldn't wait. our waitress kailyn t. was great. she was pleasant, friendly kept our drinks full. we have bourbon street chicken. it was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. we would come back in spite of that.

The broccoli chicken alfredo, it was a nice portion, but broccoli was not cooked (total raw), for an salate that would be good, but in pasta it should be cooked. a real brotstick.

This location is consistently awful after giving it numerous chances. On this particular evening, my wife and I dined in and it wasn’t busy, we were able to order promptly. We both ordered alcohol and I had to wait a long time for my drink as the waitress told me two different times that they were out of Ingredient. The waitress never gave my wife the water she asked for and I didn’t get my sweet tea until much later after having to ask. No silverware provided until halfway through the appetizer, had to ask for that as well. We saw a table that was seated shortly after us leave because they didn’t receive service clearly unhappy. We ended up getting our meal to go and they gave my wife the incorrect side dish. Clearly this restaurant needs assistance with pacing meals, customer service, and preparing orders correctly. We will never return to this location.

This was our first time coming in over 2 years due to bad experiences in the past. We gave it another shot tonight for half off apps. It was great! The food was good and the service was better. Fun atmosphere and good music.
